What are your standard delivery times?
For items currently in stock, we typically deliver within 3-5 working days. For larger furniture pieces or bespoke orders, delivery can take between 2-6 weeks depending on the manufacturer's lead time.
Do you offer white-glove delivery for furniture?
Yes, many of our larger furniture items include a white-glove service where our specialist team will deliver to your room of choice, assemble the item, and remove all packaging.
What is your return policy for home accessories?
We offer a 14-day return period for most accessories and mirrors, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Can I request a fabric sample before purchasing a sofa?
Absolutely. We understand the importance of texture and color; please contact our customer service team with the product name and your address to request complimentary fabric swatches.
Do you ship internationally?
While we primarily serve the UK, we can arrange international shipping for many of our products. Please contact us for a bespoke shipping quote based on your location and order size.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Shropshire Design products come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty against structural defects to ensure your peace of mind.
